Barb and her team specialize in helping Canadian small businesses create a solid exit strategy, improve team engagement, and implement effective transition plans. Barb’s goal for her clients is to create great value in the business so the owner can afford to either reduce their control in the business or leave it completely.
Barb also serves as a public speaker and professor of entrepreneurship at the college in her region.
