You don’t have to be a techie to use ArtCloud. Just follow their step by step video tutorials.
All the content is fully customizable and simple to edit. You can choose to include some artworks or all, offer print editions, series and sell both direct or via your partner gallery.
Removing sections from the our professionally designed pages may affect your conversion rate, as each page follows a proven on-page sales formula.
We offer the initial implementation service and you may choose to add an optional yearly website support agreement for an additional fee.
ArtCloud is well supported via their knowledge base and videos on YouTube. If you encounter a technical issue, please contact their support team.
Yes, all websites are optimized for smartphones, tablets, laptops and larger desktop screens.
Yes, your website can include ConvertKit (or another email service) integration. You’ll need to copy the opt-in form code provided by your email provider and paste it into the website page.
The form style might be different depending on the customizations available from your email service provider.
Typically we complete your technical set up and website in 7 business days.
After your invoice is fully funded, you’ll be invited to upload all the necessary documents we need to build your inventory and web pages.
Then we schedule your project in our production calendar, set up a video call with a designer and start working on your website copy.
Typically by day 5 we schedule a live review call to discuss minor edits and schedule your launch date. If you need more time after we’re done, no worries — we can publish your site when you’re ready.
If your project requires custom code or additional services, we’ll let you know during our initial discovery conversation.
Because we complete your website in 7 business days, we can’t offer a payment plan.
Alternatively you could schedule your initial call, partially fund your invoice over 2-3 months and once the final amount is paid, we will schedule the project in our calendar.
If you have a larger, custom project over $15,000 we can offer a payment plan.
We do not offer refunds on projects that have already been scheduled or are partially completed.
If you partially fund your invoice and do not pay the final balance with in 90 days, we will cancel the project and refund any deposits made.
